DISCOVER ISLAM

Welcome to our comprehensive online platform dedicated to informing and educating about Islam. Our goal is to provide as much knowledge on Islam as we can, the teachings, the relevance to the present day, etc. We try to create awareness, remove misunderstanding, and promote a healthy and fruitful discussion among the audience regarding different issues of Islam and its relation to science, human rights, and other religions.

In the Islam part of it, we delve into the central tenets of faith and practices that define a Muslim's belief in God's oneness, guidance for daily living, and life after death. Thus, this section forms the very base of studies one would embark upon for an understanding of Islam. We also explore the duties and prohibitions that guide a Muslim’s life, providing clarity and insight into the religion's comprehensive lifestyle approach.

In the section on "Atheism," objections regarding God's existence and critiques of religious beliefs are discussed. We aim to provide logical and scientific arguments that could help us arrive at the right conclusions. Hopefully, from these, our readers shall, in their differences of opinion, learn to discuss them meaningfully.

"Qur'an & Science" is another notable area in which we review the compatibility between Islamic teachings and emerging scientific facts. Cosmology, embryology, geology, oceanography, astronomy, botany, anatomy, and the water cycle are some of the topics touched upon, such that one would be left to marvel at how it is that the science agrees with Qur’an and makes it easy to understand its author. It will be precious for those exploring the interface between faith and reason.

It is essential to know how the Islamic concept of human rights works at a universal level. The section "Human Rights in Islam" will take up fundamental rights, such as the right to life, belief, justice, protest, privacy, profession, and equality, among other things. We will also shed light on how Islam stands for the honor and rights of all human beings, clearly highlighting the concept of human rights in Islam which has not only predated but also guided the modern concepts of human rights.

The misconceptions regarding the rights of women in Islam have to be cleared up. You will be glad to know that Islam is the first religion in the world which granted rights to women, like the right to life, the prohibition of foeticide and infanticide, education, inheritance, the right to choose a husband, the right to divorce, and protection from harassment and many more. We are trying to bring forth the empowering features of Islamic teachings for women by clearing the air over misconceptions.

We also have a section labeled "Christianity," discussing the similarities and differences between Islam and Christianity. Here, we bring topics of conversation on subjects relating to Jesus, the Bible, the Trinity, salvation, and different denominations as a point of better understanding and mutual respect among followers of these major world religions. Join the Conversation Please click through these sections and spend time to engage with all the information.

We provide value in education not only to the very religious Muslim but also to the intrigued non-Muslim and even those interested in the dialogue between faiths. We look forward to knitting together some strands of understanding and knowledge to bind it into the fabric of our communities with tolerance and respect. Welcome to our website; we hope your journey through our content is enlightening and enriching.
